Step 1: To claim your listing, you must first login to your Directory Account. If you do not have a Directory Account, please Register As A User and activate your account via email confirmation.
Step 3: While logged in, please proceed to the Practitioner Directory and search your Full Name.
Step 4: Once you have identified and opened your profile, click on the Claim Your Listing Button, fill out the required information and submit.
Step 5: Your claim is now pending and an email verification has now been sent to ANTA for approval. Once approved, you will be notified via email and an Edit button will appear on your profile page giving you access to update your profile information.
NOTE: If you are an existing ANTA Member, you will need to register for a Directory Account to claim and or edit your listing.
