ANTA is excited to already be able to announce the Symposium’s two inspiring, expert keynote speakers: Dr Jodi Richardson and Mark Bunn.
The Daily Habits of ‘Healthy’ High Achievers: How Practitioners can do 30% more … in 30% less time … with 30% less stress.
Uniquely blending his knowledge of evidence-based research, traditional and indigenous wisdom and secrets of the world’s healthiest individuals and highest performing business people, Mark will share his extensive insights and some simple self-care steps for natural therapists to be happier, more resilient, more positive and more productive.
In this engaging, super-practical keynote, Mark will draw on his unique background in modern, Western-health science and traditional Eastern medicine (Ayurveda) to teach practitioners the key daily habits common to the world’s ‘healthiest’ high achievers. Mark will show attending practitioners that, by incorporating these same practices, they can sustainably maintain and even elevate their personal wellbeing, energy levels, productivity and bottom-line business results.
Elevate Your Wellbeing for a Thriving Practice: Feel empowered, equipped and inspired to grow the businesses you love.
It is well known ANTA practitioners are highly dedicated to their patients’ wellbeing, but we also know they can invariably struggle to show up for themselves in the same way. In this engaging, super-practical keynote, Jodi will provide tools and strategies to help practitioners to be more mindful of how they’re feeling day-to-day and how to regulate their nervous system quickly and effectively.
With an extensive background in secondary teaching and qualifications in science, PDHPE, mental health and wellbeing, Jodi will equip and inspire attending practitioners to prioritise their personal wellbeing with memorable insights and practical tools they can apply immediately – to share with clients, to elicit more joy and fulfilment in their practice, and to acquire greater confidence to share and promote their work.
